The female connector (2) is engaged with the fitting part (13), and includes a complementary contact terminal (23). A plurality of elastic members are formed on an outer surface of the fitting part (13), and include latching recesses in which an edge of a connecter mounting hole (41) of a panel (4) of a vehicle body is fitted. A guide connecting device means includes cam recesses (32) and locking recesses (33) formed on the outer surface of the fitting part (13), and a slide lever (34) slidably provided in the female connector (2).
