[0038] [38] figure 1 A cyclonic cleaner with the invention is shown, which generally consists of a base 1 supported by a wheel body 2 and front guide wheels 3, allowing movement and orientation of the cleaner when it is in operation.

[0039] [39] The power module 4 is arranged at the front of the vacuum cleaner. The input air flow laden with waste enters the receiving port 5 and enters tangentially into the main separation chamber 6 .

[0040] [40] The main separation chamber 6 has an opening 20 for discharging the waste toward a waste collection box 37 . A conduit 8 connects between the refuse collection box 37 and the main separation chamber 6 .

[0041] [41] The cyclonic cleaner has a filter assembly 9 formed by a main separation chamber 6 and a body 15 delimiting a cylindrical chamber 12 for a secondary filter 13, the two chambers Located in the immediately lower portion, the two chambers are in pneumatic relationship to each other.

Abstract

The invention relates to a waste separation device for a vacuum cleaner including a filtration system. The inventive device comprises a folded filter (13) and a device (14) for cleaning the filter (13), said cleaning device (14) having at least one mechanical biasing element (23) which rests on the wall of the filter (13). According to the invention, either the filter (13) can move in relation to the mechanical biasing elements (23) or vice versa. The invention is characterised in that the separation device comprises a secondary separation device which is disposed downstream of a primary filtration system and in that a motor-reduction unit (10) automatically performs a relative mechanical movement between the mechanical biasing elements (23) and the filter (13).

Description

technical field [0001] [01] The present invention relates to the field of vacuum cleaners employing a step of separating garbage by a pleated type filter. Background technique [0002] [02] By far the most commonly used vacuum cleaners use a paper filter placed between the electric ventilator and the intake duct to separate dust and debris. The reduction of air pollution takes place through said paper filters or filters made of non-woven material, mechanically trapping particles larger than the pores of the filter media. [0003] [03] This kind of filtration is easy to cause the filter medium to be gradually clogged during use, until the suction and cleaning power drops to the limit, thus requiring replacement of the filter. [0004] [04] Ordinary vacuum cleaners using filters for separating particles have the double disadvantage of causing a loss of suction power at any time and, when saturated, requiring replacement of the filter media. This increases the cost for the us...
