Abstract

The invention relates to a kit for diagnosing/mensurating ferrous ions by utilizing the technologies of the enzymic colorimetric method and the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The invention further relates to a method, a principle and the composition and the components of a reagent for mensurating the concentration of the ferrous ions, and belongs to the technology field of medical/food/environmental inspection and measurement. The main components of the kit include a buffer solution, reduced coenzyme, cis-aconitic acid, coenzyme A, aconitase, citrate synthetase, malate dehydrogenase and a stabilizer. Through mixing a sample and the reagent by a certain volume ratio, an enzymatic reactions occurs, then the reactant is placed under an ultraviolet/visible light analyzer, and the velocity of the decrease in absorbance at 340nm of the dominant wavelength is detected, thereby mensurating the concentration of the ferrous ions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a ferrous ion diagnosis / measurement kit, and at the same time, the invention also relates to a method for measuring the concentration of ferrous ions, which belongs to the technical field of medicine / food / environmental inspection and determination. Background technique [0002] Iron and total iron binding capacity are extremely important in human metabolism. Iron is an indispensable substance in the normal physiological process of the human body. The human body contains about 3-5g of iron, 70% of which is present in red blood cell hemoglobin; 25% is distributed in the mononuclear macrophage system (that is, the reticuloendothelial system, ferritin and hemosiderin in the liver, spleen, and bone marrow); 4.9% Distributed in myoglobin, cytochrome, iron-containing enzymes; 0.1% is iron in circulating plasma. [0003] Iron in the human body comes from food and is mainly absorbed in the duodenum and upper small intestine. Iron in ...
