The invention provides high-corrosion resistance and high-strength weather resistant steel which comprises the following chemical components (in weight percentage): 0.002 percent to 0.005 percent of C, 0.20 percent to 0.40 percent of Si, 0.01 percent to 0.05 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.020 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.008 percent of S, 0.01 percent to 0.05 percent of Al, 0.20 percent to 0.40 percent of Cu, 4.50 percent to 5.50 percent of Cr, less than or equal to 0.40 percent of Ni, 0.001 percent to 0.006 percent of Ca, 0.001 percent to 0.006 percent of N, less than or equal to 0.03 percent of Ti, and the rest are Fe and other inevitable impurities.
