Example Embodiment

[0024] Example 1:

[0025] Weigh 77 kg of ramie bone crushed to a length of 3-7 mm, 20 kg of wheat bran, 1 kg of sucrose, and 2 kg of gypsum powder, and mix the above components with water at a ratio of 1:1.6 to mix well to obtain Flammulina velutipes culture substrate.

[0026] Divide the mixed substrate into a polypropylene bag with a width of 17 cm and a length of 33 cm, and tie the mouth tightly. Each bag contains 290g of substrate (dry weight), sterilize at 121°C for 2 hours, and cool to room temperature. After inoculating Flammulina velutipes, the inoculated medium is incubated at a temperature of 18-22°C and a relative humidity of 65-70%. After 25 days, the hyphae will grow up. After that, reduce the ambient temperature to 10-12°C and increase the relative humidity of the air. 80-85%, the primordium of Flammulina velutipes fruit body appears after 7 days of continuous cultivation. In order to inhibit the first growth of mushrooms and promote the later growth of mushrooms, l...

[0027] Example 2:

[0028] Weigh 82 kg of ramie bone crushed to a length of 3-7 mm, 15 kg of wheat bran, 1 kg of sucrose, and 2 kg of gypsum powder, and mix the above-mentioned components with water at a ratio of 1:1.6 to mix well to obtain Flammulina velutipes culture substrate.

[0029] Divide the mixed substrate into a polyethylene bag with a width of 17 cm and a length of 33 cm for fruiting, and tie the mouth tightly. Each bag contains 290g of substrate (dry weight), sterilize at 100°C for 10 hours, and cool to room temperature. After inoculating Flammulina velutipes, the inoculated medium is incubated at a temperature of 18-22°C and a relative humidity of 65-70%. After 30 days, the hyphae will grow up and the bag will grow. After that, reduce the ambient temperature to 10-12°C and increase the relative humidity of the air 80-85%, the primordium of Flammulina velutipes fruit body appears after 5 days of continuous cultivation. Abstract

The invention relates to a method for cultivating golden mushrooms by utilizing ramie core. The method comprises the steps of preparation of culture medium, inoculation, development, inducement to primordium, inhibition, growth of the mushrooms and harvest in stubbles, wherein the preparation of the culture medium comprises mixing, packaging and sterilization, and the components in weight percent of the culture medium are 77 to 82 percent of ramie core, 15 to 20 percent of wheat bran, 1 percent of cane sugar and 1 percent of gesso; the culture medium is cooled to below 30 DEG C, inoculated, and cultivated for 25 to 30 days at a temperature of between 18 and 22 DEG C and relative air humidity of between 65 and 70 percent; the culture medium is cultivated for 5 to 7 days at a temperature of between 10 and 12 DEG C and relative air humidity of between 80 and 85 percent, is subjected to inducement to primordium, cultivated for 4 to 5 days at a temperature of between 3 and 5 DEG C and relative air humidity of between 75 and 80 percent, and then cultivated for 6 to 8 days at a temperature of between 8 and 10 DEG C and relative air humidity of between 80 and 85 percent; and the golden mushrooms are harvested when grow to between 12 and 15 millimeters. The method has the advantages that the method uses local materials, changes the waste into the treasure, has low cost and short period for cultivating the mushrooms, and solves the problem that the burning of the ramie core pollutes the environment, and so on.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of edible fungi, in particular to a method for cultivating Flammulina velutipes by using ramie bones. Background technique [0002] Flammulina velutipes is a nutritious and delicious edible fungus. The protein of Flammulina velutipes contains 8 kinds of essential amino acids, especially the high content of lysine, which is significantly higher than other cultivated edible fungi. In Japan, Flammulina velutipes is called "Zengzhi mushroom" ", was widely welcomed. Flammulina velutipes also has obvious health care effects, can reduce blood cholesterol, can prevent and treat hepatitis and stomach and intestinal ulcers. Research shows (referring to " Chinese herbal medicine, 38 (10), 2007, 1596-1598 "), Flammulina velutipes kind contains Flammulina velutipes polysaccharide or Flammulina velutipes, has anti-cancer and anti-cancer effect. Chinese invention patent (CN1714617A) discloses a method for cultivating Flammulina ve...
