Abstract

The invention relates to a deodorizing nitrogen-maintaining device coupled by aerobic composting control of organic solid wastes and bio-trickling filter control, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste disposal and resource utilization. The deodorizing nitrogen-maintaining device consists of a bio-trickling filter deodorizing system and a waste liquid back-spraying system. The outlet of the high pressure centrifugal exhauster (8) of the bio-trickling filter deodorizing system is connected with an air inlet pipe (17); the air inlet pipe (17) is arranged at the lower part of the bio-trickling filter; the middle part is a padding layer (6) and the upper part is provided with an air outlet pipe (18); a spraying liquid collecting slot (12) is arranged at the bottom part of the filter; and a vent pipe (14) and the water inlet pipe (13) of the waste liquid back-spraying system are arranged in the slot. The water quality adjusting pool (27) of the waste liquid back-spraying system is also connected with the outlet of a percolate pipeline system (23); a stirring device (31) is arranged in the pool; and a measuring pump (28) is arranged between the water quality adjusting pool (27) and a pipeline system (24). The invention is simple and easy to be operated, and can realize the synchronous control between compost turning, waste liquid back spraying and air supply of the bio-trickling filter; the deodorizing effect of the bio-trickling filter is good; and the ammonia and nitrogen volatilization of the compost can be effectively controlled.
