Abstract

The invention relates to a gear shift mechanism for a two-cab tractor, which comprises a hydraulic directional valve for controlling the operating state of a gear box clutch, a reversing control lever for controlling switching over of the hydraulic directional valve, and a first gear operating lever and a second gear operating lever arranged in two cabs respectively, wherein the reversing control lever is connected with the first gear operating lever and the second gear operating lever through a link mechanism and a transfer mechanism. The gear shift mechanism is characterized in that the transfer mechanism consists of a reversing shaft, a first driving deflector rod, a second driving deflector rod, a driven deflector rod and deflector rod locking pieces; the locking pieces are arranged beside the first and the second driving deflector rods respectively; when the first driving deflector rod is locked by the locking piece, the second driving deflector rod is unlocked; when the second driving deflector rod is locked by the locking piece, the first driving deflector rod is unlocked; and the operating states of the two locking pieces and the rotation positions of axial grooves of a first annular shifting groove and a second annular shifting groove are synchronously controlled by a first gear operating lever and a second gear operating lever through a third link mechanism respectively.
