Abstract

The invention provides an LED illuminating apparatus which comprises a LED light source, a radiating device, a temperature sensing device, an electrical source and a pulse modulating controller. The pulse modulating controller has a direct current output mode and a pulse output mode, the temperature sensing device is used for sensing the operating temperature of the LED light source, when the operating temperature of the LED light source sensed by the temperature sensing device is more than or equal to a preset temperature, the pulse modulating controller switches into the pulse output model so as to output pulse current or voltage for reducing the heating power of the LED light source.
