[0065][0065] The present invention provides systems, methods and program products based on the combination of pairwise comparisons from the Gestalt framework and task completion methods. Mandatory choices can be provided to users physically or electronically through software, such as Flash, PHP, and other interactive software designed with products commonly known in the art. The evaluation can be applied to individuals, groups of individuals, or ideal individuals or teams to create templates for subsequent screening of individuals.

[0066] [0066] The pairwise comparison method is based on Thurstone's Law of Comparative Judgment. When an individual is shown incentives, such as word pairs or pictures, a series of events occur. The excitation at the end is patterned on the retina, then converted into an electrical signal and transmitted to the brain. The brain uses neuronal groups biochemically to build neural reflexes, each group used for one excitation. These times can be massivel...

Abstract

In systems, methods and program products relating to the assessment of individuals, a subject can be provided with an assessment through software and a computer for improved functionality. The software may be directly installed on the subject's computer or may be on a remote server accessible through a communication network, such as a local network or the Internet. Stimuli to be presented to subject are selected in real time and may be selected randomly from a database of stimuli. Further, in the event of borderline cases, a refinement process may be used to provide an accurate assessment of the subject. Methods for the assessment of teams, comprising subject individuals, for the construction of ideal process profiles, and for coaching individuals are provided.

Description

Technical field [0001] [0001] The present invention generally relates to the field of psychological evaluation of individuals and individual teams. Background technique [0002] [0002] A great deal of time and effort has been devoted to the practical application of various psychological methods dedicated to determining reproducible psychological methods for assessing how individuals and individual groups (such as teams) make decisions, learn, and complete tasks. Traditional evaluation requires everyone to endure a lengthy evaluation, which requires a complicated process to determine personality, knowledge, or other types of evaluation. This traditional assessment is generally performed by psychologists who follow a preset set of stimuli and seek to describe the individual's psychological characteristics. Summary of the invention [0003] [0003] The present invention provides systems, methods, and program products that involve assessment, estimation, training, and guidance of sub...
