Abstract

The invention relates to a method for forming a locking device and the locking device. The method comprises the following steps: combining a mould set, wherein the mould set comprises a mould sleeve, a columnar gap and a slab-shaped gap, and the mould sleeve comprises a first cylinder that has the first diameter which is less than the third diameter of the columnar gap; injecting a plastic material into the columnar gap and the slab-shaped gap to form a hollow column body and a bottom structure respectively and to make one edge part at the top end of the hollow column body have an arc angle; and removing the mould set; and forming a static protective substance into the hollow column body and one surface of the bottom so as to form the locking device.
