Abstract

The present invention provides an iron wire straightening fixed-length cutting device and a method thereof, wherein the iron wire straightening fixed-length cutting device comprises a frame which is provided with a power part that drives and provides power for driving the iron wire to advance. The frame is installed with one pair or more than one pair of ridding wheel group. Each pair of ridding wheel group at least comprises two ridding wheels which are installed oppositely. The surface of each ridding wheel is installed with a circumferential groove corresponding with the outer diameter of iron wire. The distance of each pair of ridding wheels is matched. A conveyor belt transmits the iron wire to the middle part of ridding wheels so that the ridding wheels squeeze the iron wires for straightening the iron wire. The iron wire straightening fixed-length cutting device and method provided by the invention can automatically straighten the iron wire thereby saving time and increasing efficiency compared with the prior manual mode.
