The invention discloses a service selection method for supporting inter-organization synergetic affairs, which comprises the following steps: reading information on each participant in the current synergy and storing the information in a storing device by a main server CPU; obtaining service lists used by each synergetic participant in the current synergy; analyzing and obtaining shared services of the synergetic participants; determining quality requirements of the synergetic participants on shared services; constructing a decision space for performing shared services candidate objects; determining the weight of each quality requirement through pairing comparison matrixes established by each synergetic participant, and transmitting the weight to a main server; normalizing the weight of the quality requirement of each synergetic participant; calculating the satisfaction degree of each shared service candidate object in the decision space to the quality requirement of each synergetic participant; and selecting a suitable service by the main server.
