The energy-saving rate of the vacuum flask liner of the water dispenser reaches more than 60 percent. When the vacuum flask liner of the water dispenser is used, the time that the temperature of water in the vacuum flask liner drops from 95 DEG C to 85 DEG C is 6 hours. Because the heat insulation effect is good, the water does not need to be repeatedly heated frequently.
