Typically, the housing includes a top, sides and a base. The top, side and base connections form an enclosure such that an electrical generator can be housed inside the enclosure. The top and sides include air and exhaust flow structures that help cool the generator held inside the enclosure and provide sound dampening. At least one of the sides and the top can be opened and closed to provide access to the interior of the housing. The base includes structures to facilitate installation and delivery.
