Problems solved by technology

However, using this method to connect the fans in series requires the use of tools to complete the assembly. The assembly process is complicated and time-consuming and labor-intensive. Moreover, if the two fans are directly combined into one body by screws, resonance is likely to occur when the fans are running. , and reduce the reliability of the fan operation, but if anti-vibration gaskets are added between the fans to alleviate the resonance phenomenon, the cost and installation process will be increased due to the addition of parts

Embodiment Construction

[0010] see Figure 1 to Figure 2 , the connecting fastener 20 of the present invention is used to connect each adjacent first fan 10 and second fan 30 in series as one. The two fans 10 , 30 are axial flow fans with the same size. The fans 10 , 30 both include a hollow fan frame 12 and a fan blade wheel set 14 accommodated in the center of the fan frame 12 . The fan frame 12 has upper and lower flanges 122 , 124 extending outward from the four corners of the top and bottom of the fans 10 , 30 , respectively. Near edges of each corner of the upper and lower flanges 122 , 124 form a channel. Hole 120.

[0011] Please also refer to image 3 , the connecting fastener 20 is integrally formed by materials such as plastic or rubber, and it includes a disc-shaped spacer 22, two steps 24 extending vertically from the center of the upper and lower sides of the spacer 22, and two steps from the two steps 24 respectively. Two elastic portions 26 are vertically extended upwards and downw...

Abstract

The invention provides a fan connecting fastener, which is used for serially connecting a first fan and a second fan into a whole. The tops and the four corners of the bottoms of the first and second fans are provided with upper and lower flanges. The lower flanges of the first fan are correspondingly combined with the upper flange of the second fan. The fan connecting fastener comprises a shock insulator clamped between the lower flanges of the first fan and the upper flange of the second fan and two elastic parts formed in a way that the upside and downside of the shock insulator extend and pass through the lower flanges of the first fan and the upper flange of the second fan respectively to be clamped and positioned at the top surfaces of the lower flanges of the first fan and the bottom surface of the upper flange of the second fan respectively. Compared with the prior art, the fan connecting fastener of the invention can effectively buffer self vibrations of the fans and the resonance between the fans, thereby greatly reducing the vibrations and the noises of the fans and increasing as well as improving the stability and the assembly efficiency of the fans and reducing production cost due to the fact that the integral structure of the fastener facilitates the serial connection and assembly of the two fans.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a connecting fastener, in particular to a connecting fastener for series fans. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the calculation speed of computer electronic components is getting faster and faster, and the heat generated is also increasing. If the heat cannot be discharged in time and effectively, it will seriously affect the stability of electronic components during operation. For this reason, the industry usually uses a fan to dissipate the heat generated by the electronic components, so as to ensure that the electronic components can operate normally within a predetermined temperature range. However, the wind power provided by a single fan may be insufficient, and two or more fans are often used in series in order to provide enough wind power. [0003] In order to realize the connection of the two fans in series, the industry usually adopts a method in which a pl...
