The method is characterized of adjusting the gap of the different welding sews, welding voltage, the wire feeding speed and the welding speedaccording to the thickness of the stainless steel plate or the stainless steel coil; when the thickness of the steel plate is larger than and equal to 8mm and is less than 12mm, welding with a fist welding gun and a second welding gun, wherein the voltage of the two welding guns are 28-30V; and when the thickness of the stainless steel plate is larger than and equal to 12 mm, welding with four welding guns.
