Embodiment 1

[0013] 1. Pulling nets to train seedlings:

[0014] When the American shad seedlings are 1.5-2.0cm in size, use 80-mesh tulle nets to carry out net-drawing exercises for the fry. When starting to exercise, pull the net to control the intensive time of American shad seedlings to 1 minute, then close the net to let the fry swim away by themselves. After 5 days of stretching exercise, the intensive time of seedlings can be extended to 3 minutes. The time for training seedlings is not less than 10 days, and the intensity of pulling the net is once in the morning and once in the afternoon. It can be transported until 3.0-4.0cm.

[0015] 2. Add anti-irritants to transport water to alleviate the stress of American shad seedlings on transport:

[0016] When the American shad seedlings are 3.0-4.0 cm long, they can be packaged and transported, and anti-irritants are added to the transport water: sea salt + glucose. The concentration of sea salt in transport water is 4‰, and the con...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the transportation survival rate of alosa sapidissima fingerlings, which comprising the following steps: before transportation, training the alosa sapidissima fingerlings; and while in transportation, adding avoidant for releasing the stress to the transportation process of the alosa sapidissima fingerlings in transportation water. By the training, the invention enables the fingerlings have strong bodies, density resistance and operation resistance, and reduces the stress action degree of manual operation. The practice proves that the survival rate of the alosa sapidissima fingerlings reaches up to 99 percent within 20 hours in automobile and airplane transportations by adopting the method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the survival rate of shad seedlings transported. Background technique [0002] American shad Alosa sapidissima (American Shad) belongs to the herring-shaped order, herring family, shad subfamily, sprat genus, distributed in the rivers and oceans of the east and west coasts of North America. American shad (Alosa sapidissima) belongs to the same subfamily as Chinese shad. It is very similar in shape, and its meat is tender and delicious. It is comparable to Chinese shad in terms of texture and taste. [0003] Since 2003, fertilized eggs of American shad have been introduced from the United States in China, and seedling and breeding experiments have been carried out in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other regions, and commercial fish have been cultivated and marketed, but they have not been able to form a scale. The main reason is that American shad seedlings show obvious stress response to manual operati...
