[0026] (1) Isolation and identification of strains
[0027] Verticillium dahliae Kleb (Verticillium dahliae Kleb), the causative agent of Verticillium dahliae in cotton, was obtained from the China Culture Collection Center for Microorganisms (CGMCC No.3.3757). Antagonistic bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of healthy cotton plants in wilt-affected fields. Finally, through the pot experiment, the high-efficiency antagonistic strains NJHJ-5 and NJDF-14 were finally screened out, and the genera and species were identified. The strains were stored at -70°C in 30% glycerol. The inhibitory rate of antagonistic bacteria NJHJ-5 bacterial strain to pathogenic bacteria colony was 76.2%, and the inhibitory rate of NJDF-14 bacterial strain to pathogenic bacterial colony was 64.3% ( figure 1 , figure 2 ).
