The invention relates to a nontoxic non-residual soil
processing and biological
organic fertilizer combination method for preventing and controlling cucumber
fusarium wilt, and belongs to an agricultural intensive production technology. According to the method,
liquid ammonia is utilized for fumigating and disturbing the original soil microbiologic
population, and special bio-organic fertilizers are combined and applied, so the number of
beneficial bacteria in the soil is increased, the number of
fusarium oxysporum in the soil is reduced (the number of the
fusarium oxysporum in the soil is smaller than or equal to 8.4*10<3> cfu per
gram of soil, and when the number of the
fusarium oxysporum in the soil is below 10*<4>cfu per
gram of soil, the cucumber
fusarium wilt can be effectively prevented and controlled), and a
disease suppression type soil microflora is established. Test results show that after the soil which is subjected to
continuous cropping for nine years, has higher cucumber
fusarium wilt morbidity and nearly has no harvest is processed by the method, through comparison and contrasting, the morbidity is reduced by 88.5 percent, and the cucumber fruit yield is increased by 350 percent. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the cucumber
fusarium wilt can be effectively inhabited, and the
sustainable development of intensive cucumber production is ensured.
