Abstract

In the invention, the antagonistic bacteria (Bacillussubtilisi-23) which has remarkable antagonism on pathogenic bacteria of the bacterial wilt of potatoes are obtained by separation; the antagonistic bacteria and an organic compost are made into a microorganism organic fertilizer; in the fertilizer, the content of the antagonistic bacteria is above 1*10<8>cfu.g<-1>, the content of total nitrogen is 4-5%, the content of total NPK nutrients is 6-10% and the content of organic matters is 30-35%. Experiments show that after being applied to the soil, the microorganism organic fertilizer enables the antagonistic bacteria to reproduce rapidly and form an advantageous group in the soil; and in addition, the microorganism organic fertilizer has a prevention rate of more than 80% on the bacterial wilt of potatoes in continuous cropping soil severely suffering from the bacterial wilt of potatoes.
