The invention discloses a pneumatic transmission and
blast furnace injection technology and
system for removing dust of a
coke oven. The technology comprises the following specific steps of: (1) maintaining air
pressure balance between a dust-removing storage bin and a dust conveying bin pump; (2) feeding the dust removed in the
coke oven into the dust conveying bin pump; (3) feeding
compressed air into the dust conveying bin pump and mixing the
compressed air with dust gas; (4) conveying the dust removed in the
coke oven into the dust-removing bin of the
coke oven; (5) mixing the dust removed in the
coke oven with washed
coal, and sending the mixture into a mixture bin; (6) feeding the mixture of the mixture bin into a medium speed
coal mill for finely
grinding; (7) collecting the finely ground material by a cloth bag
powder collector, and then sending the collected material into a mixture
powder bin; and (8) feeding the power in the mixture
powder bin into a
coal injecting tank, and then jetting the powder into a related unit of a
blast furnace by virtue of
nitrogen. The technology is carried out in a
closed system, so that the dust removed in the
coke oven can be conveyed within a long distance without
pollution. Meanwhile, the dust removed in the coke oven is provided for a
blast furnace pulverized coal injection
system, thus being effectively utilized.
