Tests show that the microbial organic fertilizer can lead the antagonistic bacteria to be rapidly propagated after being applied into the soil and form heterotic groups in the soil, and the biological rate for preventing and treating the rhizoctonia rot in the continuous cropping soil with the serious cucumber rhizoctonia rot can be more than 70%. The long-term application of the microbial organic fertilizer in the soil without the formation of continuous cropping obstacles can prevent the occurrence of the rhizoctonia rot of continuous cropping crops to a great extent.

In the invention, the antagonistic bacteria (Bacillussubtilisi-23) which has remarkable antagonism on pathogenic bacteria of the bacterial wilt of potatoes are obtained by separation; the antagonistic bacteria and an organic compost are made into a microorganism organic fertilizer; in the fertilizer, the content of the antagonistic bacteria is above 1*10<8>cfu.g<-1>, the content of total nitrogen is 4-5%, the content of total NPK nutrients is 6-10% and the content of organic matters is 30-35%. Experiments show that after being applied to the soil, the microorganism organic fertilizer enables the antagonistic bacteria to reproduce rapidly and form an advantageous group in the soil; and in addition, the microorganism organic fertilizer has a prevention rate of more than 80% on the bacterial wilt of potatoes in continuous cropping soil severely suffering from the bacterial wilt of potatoes. The application of the microorganism organic fertilizer in the invention can effectively prevent occurrence of the bacterial wilt of potatoes.
