[0023] Acquisition of antagonistic strains: the pathogenic strain Rhizoctonia solani was purchased from the Vegetable and Flower Research Institute of Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and its pathogenicity was confirmed. Antagonism tests were carried out on NA-improved medium, PDA-improved medium, and LB-improved medium by using the confrontation method, and the antagonistic strains were initially screened from the rhizosphere soil of healthy cucumber plants in continuous-cropping cucumber blight-affected fields, and then passed the pot test. The high-efficiency antagonistic strains were re-screened, and the antagonistic strain NJN43 was finally obtained and identified, and the strain was freeze-dried and stored at -20°C. As a result of the plate confrontation test, it was found that the diameter of the inhibitory zone of antagonistic bacteria against pathogenic bacteria was as high as 2.4cm ( figure 1 ).

Abstract

The invention relates to antagonistic bacteria preventing and removing continuous cropping cucumber rhizoctonia rot and a microbial organic fertilizer produced thereby, which belong to the technologies of agricultural intensified production. The antagonistic bacteria NJN43 with the significant antagonistic effect for original fungi of the cucumber rhizoctonia rot is obtained by separation, the antagonistic bacteria and an organic compost are mixed for preparing the microbial organic fertilizer, the fertilizer contains more than 1 multiplied by 10<8> / g of antagonistic microbes, the content of total nitrogen is 4-5% (more than 90% is organic nitrogen), the total content of nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 6-10% and the content of organic matters is 30-35%. Tests show that the microbial organic fertilizer can lead the antagonistic bacteria to be rapidly propagated after being applied into the soil and form heterotic groups in the soil, and the biological rate for preventing and treating the rhizoctonia rot in the continuous cropping soil with the serious cucumber rhizoctonia rot can be more than 70%. The long-term application of the microbial organic fertilizer in the soil without the formation of continuous cropping obstacles can prevent the occurrence of the rhizoctonia rot of continuous cropping crops to a great extent.
