Abstract

The invention relates to a growth promoting strain used for promoting banana growth and a microbial organic fertilizer produced with the same, belonging to the intensive agriculture production technology. A growth promoting strain NJAUYL-25 is isolated and is inoculated into a microbial decomposition mixture of thoroughly decomposed pig manure composts and rapeseed meal to undergo solid fermentation to prepare the microbial organic fertilizer, namely the microbial organic fertilizer with the function of promoting banana growth. The fertilizer contains more than 1*108cfu/g of growth promoting bacteria and has total nitrogen content of 4-5% (more than 90% of organic nitrogen), total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient of 6-10% and organic content not less than 45%. The test results indicate that after the microbial organic fertilizer, compared with chemical fertilizers which are only applied, is applied to the continuous cropping soil of bananas, the fresh weights and heights of banana seedlings are respectively increased by 1.89-5.77 times and 45.6-122.0% 30-50 days after the banana seedlings are planted. Banana growth can be effectively promoted by applying the bio-organic fertilizer in successive years.
