The method comprises the following steps: initializing a concept set of the ontological concepts; applying an improved BCP (Boolean Constraint Propagation) optimizing technology to simplify the concept set; and judging the satisfiability of the ontological concepts according toa simplified concept set. In the embodiment of the invention, by applying the improved BCP optimizing technology to the satisfiability detection of the ontological concepts, a disjunction item is sufficiently simplified, thereby improving the detection efficiency.
