The inventive preparation method comprises the following steps: A. mounting plural center posts on the wall body; B. mounting plural illuminants on the center posts; C. mounting pictures among the center posts; D. mounting the fixing boards on the pictures and connecting and fixing with the center posts; and E. mounting the cover boards at the junctions of fixing boards and center posts to cover the center posts.
