Embodiment Construction
[0007] First pour the cuboid prefabricated beam slab 1 with the concrete for pouring the girder, then evenly sprinkle a layer of 1mm thick lignosulfonate concrete surface retarder on the beam surface of the poured prefabricated beam slab 1, and use The high-pressure water with a pressure of 0.2-0.3kN washes the surface concrete of the beam into a rough surface.
[0008] When in use, the rough surface is the concrete joint surface of the prefabricated beam slab 1, as long as the joint surface is combined with the joint surface of the floor slab 2 cast on site.

The invention discloses a process of the surface treatment at a precast beam-concrete joint. The process comprises the following steps: casting a precast beam in the shape of a regular rectangle with concrete for precasting a trabecula, spreading concrete surface retarder on the cast beam surface, rinsing with high pressure water on the next day, and enabling the beam surface to form a rough surface under water pressure. The process has the following advantages: (1) an upper vertical template in the traditional process is removed, thereby removing floating template; (2) a socket-wedge template is unnecessary; (3) since the socket-wedge template is unnecessary, steel bars in precast beam are not disordered; and (4) labor force can be effectively reduced.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a surface treatment process for the joint of prefabricated beam-slab-concrete used in buildings. Background technique [0002] The traditional process is that the conventional treatment method at the joint of prefabricated beams and slabs is to set up the formwork of concave wedges, and then pour the concrete of the prefabricated beams. Wedge; b. Adding concave wedges will increase the man-hours required for its loading and unloading; c. There are many fixed supports in the formwork, which makes concrete pouring very difficult; d. In order to improve the concrete accuracy of the concave wedges, the surface needs to be formed into a rough surface . Contents of the invention [0003] The main task of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated beam-slab-concrete joint surface treatment process, specifically a prefabricated beam-slab-concrete joint surface treatment process that reduces process steps, increases efficien...
