Abstract

The process comprises the following steps: casting a precast beam in the shape of a regular rectangle with concrete for precasting a trabecula, spreading concrete surface retarder on the cast beam surface, rinsing with high pressure water on the next day, and enabling the beam surface to form a rough surface under water pressure. The process has the following advantages: (1) an upper vertical template in the traditional process is removed, thereby removing floating template; (2) a socket-wedge template is unnecessary; (3) since the socket-wedge template is unnecessary, steel bars in precast beam are not disordered; and (4) labor force can be effectively reduced.
