Problems solved by technology

However, when LED lamps are used for outdoor lighting, dust or rain can easily enter the interior of the lamps along with the airflow.
In addition, when the fan is installed near the air inlet and strong wind blows outside the lamp, the strong wind is more likely to damage the fan's bearings and blades, and the airflow inside the lamp is more likely to be difficult to discharge to the outside due to the strong wind

Abstract

The invention discloses a lighting module, which includes a light source, a heat sink, a diversion shell and a fan. The light source is provided with an extraction surface and a bottom surface relative to the extraction surface, and is suitable for providing beams emitted from the extraction surface. The heat sink is arranged at the bottom surface of the light source, and includes a heat radiation block which is provided with a heat radiation surface; wherein the heat radiation surface is opposite to the bottom surface. The diversion shell is arranged in the heat sink and is provided with a module inlet and a module outlet. The fan is arranged in the diversion shell or the heat sink, and is used for driving an air flow to pass through the module inlet, the heat sink and the module outlet in sequence. The diversion shell is suitable for leading the flowing direction of the air flow passing through the module outlet to be same with the extraction direction of the beams emitted from the extraction surface. The invention also discloses a lighting system using the lighting module.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a lighting module and a lighting system, and in particular to a lighting module and a lighting system with good heat dissipation performance. Background technique [0002] In recent years, as the luminous brightness and luminous efficiency of light emitting diodes (LEDs) continue to increase, light emitting diodes (LEDs) are gradually used as light sources of lighting devices. However, LEDs generate heat during operation, so it is very important to dissipate the heat generated by the LEDs to maintain the LEDs within their operating temperature range. The heat dissipation methods currently used in LED lamps include natural convection and forced convection. [0003] Natural convection requires a large-area heat sink, and the housing of the lamp needs to have a large number of openings with complex shapes to discharge the heat of the heat sink to the outside, but this makes the lamp bulky and heavy. In addition, when the light-e...
