The PPT shape memory yarn is one of fully drawn yarn, draw textured yarn and air textured yarn; and the heteromorphic polyester filament yarn is cinqfoil polyester filament yarn, and is one of fully drawn yarn, draw textured yarn and air textured yarn. The invention combines the characteristics of wet permeability and shape memory of the cinqfoil polyester filament yarn and the PPT shape memory yarn; when people wear the skirt made of the fabric under the hot-moist environment, sweat of the body can be conducted out, a microclimate zone between body surface and fabric is dry, so that the body is kept to be comfortable; and the fabric can totally recover smooth state only by being dabbed by hands after cockled, and thus the fabric has the favourable performance of easily handling.
