Abstract

A commercial power input end, an air-filing signal input end and a switch signal output end are arranged on the shell of the filling controller; a circuit board is arranged in the shell and provided with an air-filing control circuit; the air-filing control circuit comprises a single chip microcomputer circuit anda drive circuit which are connected, a single chip microcomputer is connected with a serial communication module, the P0 port of the single chip microcomputer is connected with the drive circuit; thedrive circuit comprises a triode circuit and an optocoupler circuit which are connected together, the base circuit of the triode is connected with the P0 port of the single chip microcomputer, the input end of the optocoupler circuit is connected in the emitter circuit of the triode in series, and the output end of the optocoupler circuit is connected with the switch signal output end of the shell. When the filling controller of the invention is used for filling gas in a hazardous chemical gas cylinder which meets air-filing demands, the single chip microcomputer outputs a control signal to the drive circuit and the drive circuit outputs an opening signal of an electromagnetic valve.
