The brake mechanism includes a brake pedal and a brake release pedal in juxtaposition setting on the chassis of the trolley; a link mechanism provided below the chassis, capable of making the brake pedal or the brake release pedal to alternatively appear on the chassis; an operating lever hinged on the lower part of the brake pedal or the brake release pedal; a lock lever connected to the operating lever, which can be clamped to and divorced from inside the convexo-concave clamping part on formed the inner face side of the rolling wheel; a lock lever support part below the chassis, supporting the lock lever, and having a guide slotted hole for guiding the moving of the lock lever to the clamping divorcing direction; and a bias device for biasing the lock lever to the locking direction or the locking release direction.
