The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing an oxide sol; 2, processing the gold interdigital glass substrate; 3, repeatedly operating for ten times according to the order in the step 2; and 4, sintering the gold interdigital glass substrate processed by the step 3 to obtain the room-temperature alcohol thin film gas sensor.
