Abstract

The invention discloses a fixed structure and a back light module with the same. The fixed structure comprises a first wall body provided with at least one first positioning hole, a second wall body provided with at least one second positioning hole, and at least one fixed member. The fixed member is provided with a first part, a second part and a middle part, wherein the first part has a thread structure, the circumference of the second part is provided with at least one groove and at least one clamp hook corresponding to the groove, and the clamp hook moves to the second part when pressed; the first part is combined and fixed with the first positioning hole, the second part passes through and protrudes from the second positioning hole in which the middle part is positioned, and the second wall body is limited between the clamp hook and the first wall body.
