Embodiment Construction

[0021] like figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the lamp respirator includes a ventilating tube 3 communicating with the inner cavity of the lamp housing 6 and a cover covering the venting tube 3. The cover is provided with an exhaust hole communicating with the venting tube 3 and the outside world. The ventilation cylinder 3 has an exhaust channel 3b which communicates with the interior of the lamp. The exhaust channel 3b has an air intake end 3f and an exhaust end 3a. The air intake end 3f is in sealing connection with the installation hole on the lamp. The cover body includes an inner cover 2, the lower end of the inner cover 2 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the ventilation tube 3, a first gap is left between the top inner wall of the inner cover 2 and the exhaust end 3a, and the inner peripheral surface of the inner cover 2 is connected with the ventilation tube 3. There is a second gap between the outer peripheral surfaces of 3, and at least two longitudinally al...

Abstract

The invention relates to a lamp respirator and a lamp with the same. The lamp respirator comprises a permeable cylinder (3) communicated with an inner cavity of a lamp casing (6) and a hood body sealed and covered on the permeable cylinder (3); and the hood body is provided with an exhaust hole communicated with the permeable cylinder (3) and the outside. The permeable cylinder (3) is provided with an exhaust channel (3b) communicated with inside gas; the exhaust channel (3b) is provided with an air inlet end (3f) and an exhaust end (3a); and the air inlet end (3f) is connected with the lamp in a sealing way. The hood body comprises an inner hood (2); clearances are respectively reserved between the inner wall at the top of the inner hood (2) and the exhaust end (3a) and between the inner circumferential surface of the inner hood (2) and the outer circumferential surface of the permeable cylinder (3); and the circumferential wall of the inner hood (2) is provided with at least two first exhaust holes. With the lamp respirator, the lamp can exhaust harmful gases inside a lamp cavity in time, balance the air pressure inside the lamp, and is safer and more reliable during use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a respirator for lamps used in non-explosion-proof industries. The respirator is used to balance the air pressure inside the lamp housing with the outside. The invention also relates to a lamp equipped with the respirator for lamps. Background technique [0002] In some non-explosion-proof industries, due to the high sealing performance of the lamps, the temperature of the gas in the lamp cavity is often too high during the use of the lamps, which affects other parts inside the lamps, and even causes the lamps to fail due to high temperature or High air pressure and burst damage. In addition, among the sealed lamps of more than 400 watts in the prior art, these larger power lamps will generate more heat when they are working. Due to its sealing, the internal air pressure will increase due to temperature rise, which will affect the internal parts of the lamp to burst and damage due to high temperature failure or high air pressu...
