This invention discloses a method for treating livestock and poultry manure through composting, which can significantly improve the seed germination index. This method effectively increases the seed germination index. After a secondary aerobic treatment in a composting tank for 5 to 10 days, the seed germination index is significantly improved. Experiments have verified that it can increase by more than 50% compared to the untreated state, meeting or even exceeding the requirements of organic fertilizer industry standards for seed germination index. The aerobic treatment method used in this invention requires no chemical reagents, utilizing only a natural aerobic fermentation process, thus avoiding the potential harm of chemical residues to the soil and environment, and aligning with the concept of green and environmentally friendly agricultural development.

A water-based epoxy curing agent, its preparation method and application

This invention discloses a waterborne epoxy curing agent, its preparation method, and its application, belonging to the field of waterborne epoxy coating technology. It solves the problems of slow drying speed, poor flash rust resistance, inadequate water and salt spray resistance, and reliance on organic solvents in existing waterborne epoxy curing agents. The preparation method includes the following steps: adding an aliphatic polyamine to a reaction vessel, heating to 70-80°C, and then adding a mixture of epoxy resin and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether dropwise for an addition reaction; maintaining the temperature after the addition is complete, and then performing vacuum distillation; adding maleic anhydride oil to the product after vacuum distillation, and heating to 90-95°C for a reaction; cooling after the reaction, and then adding deionized water dropwise for emulsification to obtain the waterborne epoxy curing agent. This invention utilizes green, solvent-free production, and the resulting curing agent exhibits fast drying speed, excellent flash rust resistance, water resistance, and salt spray resistance.
