This invention provides a cable
partial discharge noise signal monitoring device, relating to the field of
power equipment condition monitoring technology. It includes: a bottom housing with a set of bolt mounting holes on its side; a top housing mounted on the top of the bottom housing; a set of locking pins mounted on the sides of both the bottom and top housings; a support plate on the side of the top housing; an
electric motor mounted on one side of the support plate; and a driven shaft mounted on one side of the top housing. A
threaded rod cooperates with a self-locking clamping seat to achieve symmetrical clamping and self-locking of the cable, preventing cable displacement. The greater the tensile force of the cable, the more stable the clamping seat's grip on the cable. An
inflatable airbag flexibly conforms to the cable, achieving centering and sealing, preventing dust from entering the cable monitoring area. The
airbag also has a sound insulation effect, preventing external vibrations from affecting cable monitoring and avoiding damage to the
insulation layer.
