Embodiment Construction

[0037] Below, refer to Figure 1 to Figure 16 , an embodiment of a stator (hereinafter referred to as stator 1 ) of a rotating electric machine will be described. In this specification, the up and down direction of the split core 4 is the same as Figure 7 Corresponds to the up and down directions in . However, this orientation need not correspond to the actual orientation of the stator 1 . The up and down directions of the resin cartridge 43 and Figure 5 Corresponds to the up and down directions in . However, this orientation need not correspond to the actual orientation of the stator 1 . Rear of resin cartridge 43 with Figure 5 Corresponding to the left in the middle (the radial inner direction of the stator 1), and the front of the resin case 43 and Figure 5 Corresponds to the right side (the radially outer direction of the stator 1). However, this orientation need not correspond to the actual orientation of the stator 1 . The up and down directions of slip ring ...

Abstract

A stator (1) of a rotary electrical machine includes a core unit (3) configured by a plurality of core assemblies (4), around which wires are respectively wound to form the coils (42), including low voltage side terminals (44), which connect first ends (422) of the coils (42), and a bus ring (5) attached to the core unit (3) so as to connect second ends (421) of the coils (42) to electricity supply wires (53u, 53v, 53w) by high voltage side terminals (54). Each terminal accommodating portion (6) is individually formed relative to each of the core assemblies (4) at an external side of the coils (42). Each of the terminal accommodating portions (6) is filled with an insulating resin material in a state where at least one of a connecting portion of the first end (422) and each of the low voltage side terminals (44) and a connecting portion of the second end (421) and each of the high voltage side terminals (54) is accommodated within each of the terminal accommodating portions (6).

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a stator of a rotating electrical machine for driving a rotor radially facing the stator. Background technique [0002] According to a known stator of a rotating electrical machine, such as disclosed in JP4073705B, the stator is formed in such a way that a winding is wound around each of a plurality of split cores, and the plurality of split cores are held to Form a ring. The ends of the windings are respectively connected to low-voltage side terminals and high-voltage side terminals, and the low-voltage side terminals and high-voltage side terminals are respectively connected to insulators having laminated steel plates. [0003] The insulator is formed with grooves in the radial direction of the stator, and each groove is composed of a pair of vertical walls respectively located at the inner end and the outer end of the insulator. The groove portions formed at the insulators of adjacent split cores are connected to each othe...
