A discharging end face of the discharging rod is provided with a needle hole which penetrates through the discharging rod and into which the stainless needle can be inserted, the inner diameter of the needle hole is smaller than the outer diameter of an insertion end of the stainless needle. In the process of needle implantation, the tip of the stainless needle is firstly put in the inner hole at the front end of the punch, the stainless needle is driven by the punch to implement hole-aligning positioning so that the insertion end of the stainless needle aligns the needle hole of the discharging rod, and pressure is then applied by the punch to press the stainlessneedle into the needle hole of the discharging rod.
