By adopting the embodiment of the invention, monitoring data information of the corollary equipment of the base station can be sent to the network management center through the base station and do not need to be transmitted to a separated network management center through separated transmission resources, thus saving the transmission resources, and the network management center can coordinate and process the monitoring data of the base station and the corollary equipment of the base station.
