Abstract

The invention relates to a cold-resistance super tough nylon polyolefin alloy, which is prepared by the following raw materials in part by mass: 45 to 75 parts of polycaprolactam, 15 to 30 parts of polyolefin, 4.8 to 9.7 parts of compatilizer, 5 to 15 parts of flexibilizer, 0.1 to 0.3 part of antioxygen and 0.1 to 0.5 part of assistant. The invention also provides a method for preparing the cold-resistance super tough nylon polyolefin alloy. In the method, polycaprolactam, polyolefin and the like are used as basic materials, maleic anhydride-grafted polyolefin is used as the compatilizer, maleic anhydride-grafted POE is used as the flexibilizer, and the double screw extrusion blending is used to prepare the cold-resistance super tough nylon polyolefin alloy. The cold-resistance super tough nylon polyolefin alloy prepared by the method is low in cost, high in comprehensive performance and high in low temperature and impact resistance.
