The method comprises the following steps of: collecting a standard sine wave sent by the standard signal source by using the testequipment; detecting the sampling value of N channels of the test equipment by using the checking equipment; obtaining the calibration coefficients of the N channels by dividing a standard voltage bythe sampling value of the N channels; acquiring the collected original data of the N channels when the test equipment works; and obtaining a calibration sampling value by multiplying the original data of the N channels by corresponding calibration coefficients.
