A horizontal seepage drainage body, a vertical seepage drainage body and a water drainage pipe jointly form a water drainage system, wherein seepage drainage pipes in the horizontal seepage drainage body and the vertical seepage drainage body are connected and communicated by using communicating vessels; and a horizontal seepage drainage pipe of the horizontal seepage drainage body is connected and communicated with the water drainage pipe by using the communicating vessels. Seepage drainage systems are sequentially buried in a tailings accumulation dam. The seepage drainage pipes are formed by packaging filter screens on seepage drainage pipe bodies; the seepage drainage pipe bodies are provided with seepage drainage grooves; the bottoms of the seepage drainage grooves are provided with seepage drainage holes communicated with the insides of the seepage drainage pipe bodies. The vertical seepage drainage body and the horizontal seepage drainage body are used together or independently to accumulate water, and the horizontal seepage drainage body and the water drainage pipe are used to lead water so as to drain water in the seepage drainage body out of the dam; and the seepage drainage structure adopts the seepage drainage bodies and the water drainage pipe which can be cleaned and dredged.
