Abstract

The invention provides a vaccinating cavity which has the advantages of simplicity and low cost and can rotate and be used for carrying out uniform cell vaccination on a lumen-shaped matrix, a vaccinating device and a vaccinating method, which can be used for carrying out uniform cell vaccination on inner cavities of lumen-shaped matrixes with different lengths and diameters. According to an embodiment of the invention, the cell vaccinating device comprises a rotating motor and a vaccinating cavity 10, wherein the vaccinating cavity consists of a sleeve 12 and sealing plugs 15 and 16; the sleeve consists of a hard pipe 14 and a flexible pipe 13 with elasticity; the hard pipe and the flexible pipe are connected through a thread; the length of the sleeve can be changed through rotating the thread so as to adapt to the lengths of different lumen-shaped matrixes; the lumen-shaped matrix is fixed on joints 17 and 18; and the joints are fixed on the sealing plugs so as to achieve the purposes of fixing a blood vessel and maintaining the sealing and sterile state of the vaccinating cavity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of cell culture and tissue engineering, and more particularly relates to a rotatable inoculation device capable of uniform cell inoculation on a lumen matrix, an inoculation chamber and an inoculation method. Background technique [0002] Tissue engineering constructs tissue implants in vitro. The high-concentration seed cells cultured in vitro are inoculated on natural or synthetic tissue engineering scaffolds. After in vitro culture, they are transplanted into the body to replace the damaged tissues. To construct tissues with lumens such as arterial vessels, esophagus, and trachea, the uniform inoculation of cells on tubular three-dimensional scaffolds is the first key step in the construction of engineered tissues. Establish connections between cells, increase cell growth and product formation on scaffolds, shorten tissue formation time, and improve tissue formation quality; however, uneven cell seeding is always ...
