The rubber belt conveyor comprises a conveying device, a feeding device and a driving device, wherein a buffering carrier roller set comprises a plurality of buffering carrier roller brackets and three carrier rollers which are arranged on each buffering carrier roller bracket; a carrier roller bracket comprises a bottom beam, a left side support and a right side support which are opposite to each other, and a left middle support post and a right middle support post which are opposite to each other; each side support comprises a first side edge, a second side edge and a third side edge which are enclosed to form a hollow center; the bottom of the first side edge is connected with the second side edge, while the top is provided with a concave pore; the bottom of the third side edge is connected to the second side edge; and the second side edge is sleeved on the bottom beam and is fixed through bolts. When a certain carrier roller fails, the broken part can be disassembled and replaced under the condition of not shutting down the conveyor.
