Abstract

The oiling device comprises a three-way pipe, a first oil pipe connected with the output end of the three-way pipe, a second oil pipe connected with the other output end of the three-way pipe, a third oil pipe mounted on the input end of the three-way pipe, a first oiling nozzle mounted on the first oil pipe and a second oiling nozzle mounted on the end of the second oil pipe; the third oil pipe is connected with an oil pump; and the first oiling nozzle and the second oiling nozzle are arranged on the two sides of a spinning line bundle respectively. The invention adopts double-sided oiling, effectively solves the problem of non-uniform oiling, effectively meets the requirement of uniform oiling and reduces the yarn unevenness to 1.5% from the original 3.2%; and moreover, the device has simple structure and is applicable to the fine denier polyester pre-oriented yarn (POY) spinning lines and the fine denier full drawn yarn (FDY) spinning lines.
