This patent describes an ink jet printable heat transfer material with cold release properties. The invention consists of multiple layers of coatings applied to a suitable substrate, typically paper. The first optional layer coating consists typically of a pigmented coating bound together with a synthetic or natural binder and is applied in sufficient quantity to level and densify the surface of a given substrate. The second coating is applied over the first and consists of a silicone coating with a controlled surface energy. The surface energy must be such that the subsequent aqueous coatings can be applied over top with good wetting and adhesion, but low enough for an easy removal from the heat transfer after cooling. A third or wash layer is applied over the silicone release layer. This layer must easily wet and adhere to the silicone release layer so the coating does not come off during subsequent coating passes and during handling by the user. The wash layer consists of one or more thermoplastic polymers including ethylene acrylic acid, waxes, and other polymers along with dispersions of non-water soluble plasticizers and antioxidants. An ink receptive layer consists of a low binder thermoplastic organic pigmented coating containing non-water soluble plasticizers and antioxidants along with water soluble and insoluble cationic polymers and/or cationic inorganic pigments. The non-water soluble cationic materials, either organic or inorganic, aid in the retention of the dyes and reduce the wet bleed and wash out of the dyes when the transfers get wet.

The invention has the advantages that one-step efficient normal pressure leaching of the scheelite is achieved, thus resources and energy consumption are saved, and the resolution ratio of the scheelite is up to above 98%; the problems of Cl<-> corrosion and serious HCl volatilization are overcome; the cyclic utilization of phosphoric acid is basically achieved, and the leaching cost and waste water discharge are greatly reduced; leaching equipment is simple, is convenient for operation and is easy to realize industrialization; the single and stable dihydrate gypsum is obtained, the filter efficiency of the dihydrate gypsum is high, the washing property of the dihydrate gypsum is good, and the P2O5 content in the washed dihydrate gypsum is reduced to be below 2%, thereby reducing the loss of phosphoric acid; and the passivation phenomenon of calcium sulfate solid film when the tungsten ore is leached is avoided.

The invention provides a preparation method of a hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate interpenetrating polymer network waterproof agent. The method comprises the following steps: (1), synthetizing a waterborne polyurethane prepolymer with ends partially capped; (2), introducing hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, and grafting by virtue of reaction between isocyanate in the waterborne polyurethane prepolymer and the hydroxyl of the hyperbranched polyester, thereby obtaining a hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane prepolymer; (3), adding part of ethenyl monomers and a neutralizing agent, salifying, and adding deionized water while stirring at a high speed so as to realize dispersion, thereby obtaining a hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane emulsion; and (4), dropwise adding residual ethenyl monomers and an initiator into the hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane emulsion, thereby obtaining a hyperbranched waterborne polyurethane / acrylate interpenetrating network structure emulsion. The emulsion has excellent waterproof performance, good washable and abrasion-resistant performances and does not contain PFOA and PFOS. The hyperbranched structure has a self-recovery function, is capable of realizing self repairing of damaged regions and is long in waterproof performance duration time.
