Abstract

The invention discloses a turbocharging system capable of adjusting the necking rate of an exhaust manifold by utilizing movable partition boards, which belongs to the technical field of internal combustion engines. The turbocharging system comprises exhaust branches, the exhaust manifold, a turbine, aslant-arranged slots and the movable partition boards, wherein the aslant-arranged slots are obliquely inserted into joints between the exhaust manifold and each exhaust branch, and are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the exhaust manifold; and the movable partition boards are inserted into the aslant-arranged slots. The turbocharging system can independently adjust the necking rate of the exhaust manifold for the distribution conditions of scavenging temperatures and exhaust temperatures of each cylinder under high and low loads by moving the movable partition boards. The turbocharging system is rational in design, meets the variable working condition running requirements of the engine, is free from the limitation of the number of the cylinders, is applied to the turbocharging system with a single turbine inlet and the side-mounted turbine and ensures that the engine has relatively higher performance in total load run range.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a turbocharging system of an internal combustion engine, in particular to a turbocharging system with a single inlet of the turbine and the side of the turbine, which uses a movable partition to adjust the constriction ratio of the exhaust manifold, and belongs to the technical field of the internal combustion engine. Background technique [0002] With the development of society and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, engine boosting technology is now more and more widely used. Most of the medium and high-power engines use turbocharging technology to increase power and reduce fuel consumption. The two basic supercharging systems for turbocharged engines are constant pressure supercharging system and pulse supercharging system. The structural feature of the constant pressure booster system is that the volume of the exhaust pipe is large, and the pressure in the exhaust main pipe is basically kept constant. ...
