Abstract

The device comprises a main joint, a plurality of auxiliary joints, a plurality of pressure relieving cavities (80) and a lower joint (90) which are sequentially assembled, wherein the auxiliary joints are alternately connected with the pressure relieving cavities; the main joint comprises an upper joint (10) and a main striking rod (20); and each auxiliary joint comprises a tapping middle joint (30), a piston (40), a shearing ring (50), a shearing pin (51), an auxiliary striking rod (60) and a correcting disk(70). In the invention, the detonation pressure of a widowmaker pushes the pistons to move, and side through holes on the widowmaker are aligned with the side through holes of the tapping middle joints and internally and externally communicated; and liquid in a shaft enters the pressure relieving cavities through the through holes to ensure that the pressure in the shaft is instantaneously reduced so as to realize dynamic negative pressure, thereby the permeability of a compacted zone in a near perforation duct area is further improved.
