Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: notifying the stopping position of the terminal downlink data requiring the source relay node forward shifting to the terminal attributive source relay node when an attributive base station of a source relay node confirms that a terminal is about to generate the switching; and sending the forwards shifted downlink data of the terminal from the source relay node, the current buffer stored downlink data of the terminal which is not sent to the source relay node, and the subsequently received downlink data of the terminal from a core network to a target node.
