Embodiment Construction

[0041] A preferred embodiment will be used to describe the technical features of the present invention and the expected effects thereof, but it is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0042] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 3 As shown, the heat-insulated and naturally decomposable container of the present invention includes a paper container body 10 , a waterproof layer 20 and a foam layer 30 .

[0043] Wherein, the paper container body 10 has an inner surface 11 for contacting with food and drink and an outer surface 12 opposite to the inner surface 11 . In this embodiment, the paper container body 10 is cup-shaped, and includes a trunk portion 13 and a bottom 14 disposed at the bottom end of the trunk portion 13. The interior of the trunk portion 13 and the bottom 14 encloses an accommodating space for For containing drinking water and other fluids or other substances. Among them, the above-mentioned waterproof layer 20 is the best solution sho...

Abstract

The invention provides a heat-insulated and naturally-decomposed container, which comprises a paper container body, a waterproof layer and a foaming layer. The paper container body is provided with an inner surface and an outer surface; the waterproof layer is arranged on the inner surface of the container body through laminate finish treatment, and consists of aqueous magnesium silicate and a mixture of resin and calcium carbonate; and the foaming layer is arranged on at least partial outer surface of the container body, and consists of a liquid binder and heat-resistant foaming particle powder, wherein the liquid binder is one or more of vinyl acetate resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate resin and polyacrylate resin, and the heat-resistant foaming particle powder consists of thermoplastic polymer clad low-boiling point solvents. The waterproof layer and the foaming layer can be naturally decomposed through biological metabolism, and meet the current requirement on environment friendliness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a container, in particular to a heat-insulated and naturally decomposable environment-friendly container. Background technique [0002] It is known that the surface of a paper product container is coated with a PE coating layer, but the PE coating layer cannot be removed after the container is used and discarded, resulting in the paper product being unable to decompose naturally, which does not meet the requirements of environmental protection. [0003] Then someone developed a biomass material that uses polylactic acid (PLA) made from corn as its raw material. Although it claims to be decomposable and recyclable, it actually has many limitations: [0004] (1) Polylactic acid cannot be decomposed in a normal environment and needs to be treated with anaerobic bacteria in a closed waste treatment plant, which will increase recycling costs; [0005] (2) Polylactic acid will produce methane during the decomposition process, but me...
