The valve is characterized in that: the valve body comprises a shell, an annular wall, a rib plate and a fire-resistant castable heat-insulation layer, wherein the annular wall is connected with the shell through the rib plate; and the fire-resistant castable heat-insulation layer is arranged between the valve shell and the annular wall. The sealing ring comprises two semilunar sealing seats, wherein the two semilunar sealing seats are rotationally arranged at 180 degrees relative to the axis of the valve plate. An axial compensating device is also arranged on the end part of the valve rod and comprises a push bearing and an adjusting bolt, wherein the tail part of the adjusting bolt is sequentially connected with a push bearing block, the push bearing and the end part of the valve rod. Compared with the prior art, the high-temperature butterfly valve has the advantages that: 1) the temperature of a suitable medium can be up to 750 to 950 DEG C, and the valve body with the fire-resistant castable heat-insulation layer has low heat loss and thermal deformation; and 2) the axial compensating device can be adjusted under the condition of thermal state, so that the influence of thermal expansion on sealing is overcome.
